About Us

Paolina's Way denotes our name as well as how we serve our food, our community and our environment. Stepping through our doors reveals a welcoming atmosphere and enticing cuisine, with a beautiful handmade wood-fired brick oven as the focal point. We updated our Italian family recipes with locally produced, organic and healthy Maine coast fare to plate delicious wholesome dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and seasonality. Paolina's Way is committed to being a Green Business and serving our environment by reducing, reusing and recycling wherever we can. Paolina's way is to invite friends and family to gather and dine in a place that feels like home. Our home is Camden Harbor.
Christina Sidoti, Owner

Christina is the current chef and owner of Paolina's Way. The restaurant, named after her grandmother, was founded in the hopes of bringing the family's traditional Italian food and love of cooking to Camden. She grew up in New York City where every afternoon she would help her grandmother make handmade pasta and fresh sauces. More recently, Christina worked with a number of organizations to protect the environment, and has carried a sense of environmental responsibility into this new project. For over 38 years - both as a child herself, and with her own children - she has made a home in Searsmont, Maine.
