Paolina's Way denotes our name as well as how we serve our food, our community and our environment. Stepping through our doors reveals a welcoming atmosphere and enticing cuisine, with a beautiful handmade wood-fired brick oven as the focal point. We updated our Italian family recipes with locally produced, organic and healthy Maine coast fare to plate delicious wholesome dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and seasonality. Paolina's Way is committed to being a Green Business and serving our environment by reducing, reusing and recycling wherever we can. Paolina's way is to invite friends and family to gather and dine in a place that feels like home. Our home is Camden Harbor.

Christina is the owner of Paolina's Way. Her grandmother, Paolina, was the inspiration for the restaurant. Paolina's Way was founded in the hopes of bringing the family's traditional Italian food and love of cooking to Camden. As a child, Sundays were spent helping her grandmother make handmade pasta and fresh sauces. She has incredibly fond memories of this experience and hopes that her restaurant will create warm memories for you.

Annie joined the Paolina’s Way team in May of 2009. She developed a love for food at her mother’s table as a young girl. After living on a working farm for four years, Annie also developed a taste for homegrown produce and meat. At Paolina’s Way, Annie is happy to support the local farmers of her area as well as help promote a sustainable way of life protecting our planet. She resides in Lincolnville with her partner Michael, her dog Otis and nine cows.
